SLG3000 v2 adds scanlines to an existing VGA picture. Give your retro games a look inspired by classic CRT displays while keeping your VGA monitor. Set the effect strength to suit your preferences.
Choose your scanline strength
Adjust the intensity continuously with the rotary control, from a subtle effect to clearly visible lines.
Add it to your VGA chain
Two VGA sockets connect your source and monitor. No separate power supply is needed for the SLG3000.
Even or odd rows
Use the DIP switches to choose the affected rows and match the settings to your signal.

Plan your setup
What you need
- A suitable VGA source and a VGA monitor.
- Matching VGA cables; consoles with other outputs may need a suitable converter or scaler upstream.
- A resolution supported by both source and display. SLG3000 does not generate a new resolution or scale the picture.
Connection & setup
- Connect SLG3000 between the VGA source and monitor.
- For 640 × 480: DIP 4 OFF / DIP 5 ON selects odd rows; DIP 4 ON / DIP 5 OFF selects even rows.
- Adjust the intensity with the rotary control and assess the effect on your display.

Before you buy
Can I connect HDMI directly?
SLG3000 has VGA sockets. An HDMI source requires suitable conversion to a compatible VGA signal first.
Does it convert 15 kHz to VGA?
No. SLG3000 adds scanlines. Any required scaler must already provide a VGA signal suitable for the monitor.
Are cables and an enclosure always included?
The selected product configuration determines the supplied extras. Check the options above and plan for any required VGA cables separately.
