The hitbox itself is made pretty well.
But the controller doesn't work as expected. I bought a PC version and tried the hitbox on a couple of computers but every time it didn't recognize input: control buttons (start/options) don't work at all, punch/kick buttons were mixed. Arrow keys work as expected though.
I also tried to use dedicated software for configuring the buttons - it also didn't work out.
Shipping price from Germany to Croatia was very low, it took 5 working days for it to arrive which is a very good service.
The hitbox is made beautifully. The wood is smooth and feels really nice, it has some weight on it but its not to heavy ,feels good to have it on the lap to play. The buttons feel really nice, I am using it for one hour and am starting to get consistent with myTekken combos. Honestly if you want a hitbox and you are living in the European Union, this is the place to go.

Absolutely delighted with both the customer service and the final product. Solid craftsmanship, looks great, and absolutely plays great.
I was slightly worried about no touchpad option, so I asked the maker of this hitbox if it would be possible to add touchpad functionality so I could reset in Tekken 7's practice mode on PS4. He had a prototype top which could have L3, Touchpad, and R3 buttons added for an extra twenty Euros. Well worth it.
If you are looking for a quality alternative to the original Hitbox here in Europe, you can't go wrong with this. Will save you some money as well! Compact without feeling too small, and easily fits in a backpack. Highly recommend.
